Can anyone come?

Our venue is reserved for lodge guests only. Right of Admission is reserved.

Is it okay to bring friends with us who have not booked in advance?

Pre-bookings are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome – always subject to availability.

Is any control kept on noisy and unpleasant behaviour by other people?

Management reserves the right of admission and to remove guests from the premises who behave in an unruly manner to the detriment of other guests.

How do we pay?

When booking: a 50% non-refundable downpayment by bank deposit or by EFT (electronic funds transfer). EFT payments must be made to the Lodge bank account within 72 hours of booking. (Guests booking from outside South Africa may pay by credit card). Balance payable on arrival – by cash or credit card. Extensions must be paid in full at the time of request A credit card authorisation form must be signed by the credit card holder. No refunds for early departure or late arrival

When do we pay for Extras?

All extras must be paid for separately in cash when requested. Strictly no credit permitted.

Child Policy

Children aged 6 years and older are welcome and are charged as an extra person sharing. Children under 6 years can only be accommodated in the self catering unit, subject to availability.


Tariffs quoted are subject to change without notice. Rates for confirmed bookings will always be honoured in the event of rates changing before arrival date. VAT is included in all rates

What are Arrival & Departure times?

Check-ins are between 14:00 and 18:00. Bookings not taken up by 18:00 may be re-let. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 on day of departure. This is not negotiable. Guests are requested to comply with these times; arrivals later than 18h00 are not encouraged and are only be special arrangement with management.
